Simmer & Simmer LLC is a growing father and son real estate rental company founded in 2011.  We specialize in the renovation and restoration of vintage homes. Our portfolio of properties, located in the North Boroughs and North hills areas outside of Pittsburgh, includes both single and multi-family homes.

• CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 6 years

Jared and his wife, Cherith, reside in McCandless Township. When he’s not involved in real estate projects, Jared has a mediation/arbitration practice. His wife serves as Assistant Dean of the Duquesne University School of Nursing.

Blaine resides in Wexford with his wife, Sarah, and their daughters Amelia and Eliza. After working as a CPA for six years, Blaine left the corporate world in 2017 to devote full time to real estate. Sarah is a CPA who manages the Pittsburgh office of Heritage Wealth Advisors, based out of Richmond, VA.
